As part of our “Full Management Service” or “Fully Managed”, we provide the client with the following.

Sourcing Tenants

Tenant referencing and background checks

Conducting property viewings

Property listings on platforms like Jiji and Expat

  Preparing tenancy paperwork 

Handling the rent & deposit protection

                                                            Handling ongoing Rent Collection

Property Inspections at agreed intervals

Property maintenance 

Sending Landlord monthly statements

Arranging an inventory before the tenancy starts

Organising maintenance should issues arise (using received rental income)

Managing compliance

Checking out tenants and re-letting the property. 

Fees

The Owner agrees to the following fees:

Introductory Arrangement Fee of half the first month’s rent or one month’s rent plus VAT, depending on contract signed by the Tenant.

(Fee deducted from the first month’s rent received)

Management Fee 10% plus VAT

Additional services available include:

Inventory check of the property from 100,000k 

Periodic inspections of the property at the request of the Owner/Landlord 100,000/= per written report.

Care-taking of unoccupied property 300,000/= per month.

Periodic inspections of land at the request of the Owner/Landlord 150,000/= per written report. Transport to be provided, if outside Kampala.
