Fees
The Owner agrees to the following fees:
Introductory Arrangement Fee of half the first months rent plus VAT
(to include marketing, advertising, tenant selection and referencing, preparation of tenancy agreement and inventory. Fee deducted from the first month’s rental received)
Management Fee 10% plus VAT
Sale Commission: 10% plus V.A.T. of the agreed sale price, payable to the Agent upon legal completion of the sale of the Property where the purchaser is the Tenant or the purchaser has been introduced by the Agent to the Owner.
