Fees
The Owner agrees to the following fees:
Introductory Arrangement Fee of half the first months rent or one months rent plus VAT, depending on contract signed by the Tenant.
(to include marketing, advertising, tenant selection and referencing, preparation of tenancy agreement and inventory. Fee deducted from the first month’s rental received)
Additional services available include:
Periodic inspections of the property at the request of the Owner/Landlord 100,000/= per written report.
Care-taking of unoccupied property 300,000/= per month.
Completing Inventory 50,000/=
Rent Collection and deposit 5% of rent monthly
Periodic inspections of land at the request of the Owner/Landlord 150,000/= per written report. Transport to be provided outside Kampala.
